Treatment The most effective and efficient treatment involves exercises that the effected individual can perform at home. An explanation of exercises can be seen in the video and graphic below. Although stretches often help, more may need to be done in order to resolve all symptoms of plantar fasciitis. To the left is a flow chart of treatment procedures. Performed in 3 sets of 10 reps or stretching for a time of 30 seconds.

You can use household items to perform exercises like a roll on the bottom of the foot or picking up marbles in between your toes and placing them in a mug/cup.
